About Perlas del Mar
Redline was asked to assist from the get-go to market a small new development of villas being built in Marbella. The first step was to create corporate branding that would convey the exclusive luxury element to the project. Due to our experience of marketing property on the Costa del Sol and the expectations of the expat market, our input was requested during meeting with the architect, leading to some significant changes to the plans. Graphic design of marketing materials, including booklets, brochures, business cards and billboards were created and a fully responsive website was designed. Lead generation and digital marketing activity included remarketing, Google Adwords, newsletters and FB campaigns.
