t’s that time of year already! The organisers of Arte Marbella are busy getting ready for this year’s cultural and artistic extravaganza, which will kick off tonight (Thursday 20th at 7pm), running through until around 10pm on Sunday the 23rd June, at the Parque La Alemeda and Avd del Mar, Marbella.
The first Arte Marbella held in 2009 was created by a dedicated group of art lovers, (Spaniards and expats) as a means of introducing more culture to the local community. Five years later, the festival is even more popular than ever; this year there is expected to be over 20,000 visitors over three days! Providing a platform for established and up and coming artists to showcase their works, live entertainment ranging from Jazz, dance, gospel, opera, big bands, classical singers and even DJs playing golden oldies from the 1940s.
As an international marketing agency operating in Marbella for almost 9 years, Redline Company is a keen supporter of local initiatives, designing and producing the programme each year (free of charge) in support of art and the local area.
