OUR PAST INTERNS
I was an intern in Redline company for two and a half months. It was my first internship and it was better than I expected.
I am a very shy person, so for me this internship wasn’t just about learning about digital marketing, it was also a way to challenge myself because I am only 18 years old and it´s the first time I have lived alone.
I was extremely nervous on my first day, but I was shocked because I didn’t expect all the team to be so nice and smiling!
In Redline I met an amazing and a very talented team from all around the word. I improved my English even more and learned special terms appropriated to digital marketing. I have been able to learn so many different things in the digital marketing field.
The team was always ready to help when I didn´t understand something. This company has a nice atmosphere, so it is amazing to work there!
I am very happy that I had the chance to work on so many different things. I wrote content for blogs, designed flyers, wrote and added social media posts… There are plenty of different tasks that you can learn at Redline, they give you the chance to be involved with everything, to improve, to be creative. I combined working on some very precise things with creativity, which is something that I loved.
*Thank you Mae for being always carry and making sure that everything was fine
I feel grown up thank you so much Redline for everything! Wish you the best

Where do I even begin?
I was that newbie that travelled all the way from South Africa to Spain (Marbella) wondering to myself “what have I gotten myself into?” but simultaneously over joyed and anxious by the opportunity brought before me.
On my first day I was quite nervous (which I imagine every intern on their first day would be) and I walked in, not knowing what to expect…but immediately, I was warmly greeted by the entire Redline team. Everyone was very kind, helpful and patient too, which made adapting very easy and that´s when I knew I made the right decision.
From the very first day, I was instantly presented with tasks to do – so you get into all the action the moment you step through that door which was just brilliant. Studying a B. Commerce degree in Marketing and Economics, I came to Redline with no digital marketing experience what so ever and the best thing I did for myself was just trying out every task thrown in the air (even if you have no idea what you´re doing) and that was the amazing thing about Redline, their willingness to teach and share – even if you ask them another four times how to do a certain task, they were happy to help.
Thanks to Mae-Li (you were awesome) for being such a fantastic host and person for helping us interns settle in and show us around, thanks to the entire Redline team for helping me grow as a person and for all the good laughs we had and thank you Line for giving me this chance, I am truly grateful! I will certainly be seeing you all very soon!
With much love
Kemal
For five months, I was part of the Redline team in the South of Spain.
The first day I arrived, nervous, and with just my basic knowledge of several aspects of communication and marketing. But from the beginning, the team was so welcoming and helpful. Today, I feel a comfortable member of the Redline team, and I have the feeling that I have really helped Redline, using the skills they have helped me to develop.
At Redline I found my passion for design. By being able to do a wide range of tasks, it is only a matter of time until you discover what you really enjoy to do and what you excel at. From writing skills, to HTML, social media, graphic design and more. From the very beginning of the internship, Redline gives you the chance to develop your skills and to practice the things you want to learn.
They challenge you to do some multitasking, and to experience the cultural differences working with people all over the world. This makes the internship even more interesting. I was able to learn a bit of Spanish, while improving my skills of English as well, and I was responsible for the communication with a Dutch speaking client of theirs. Isn’t that wonderful?
Thank you Redline for the amazing opportunity, where I could grow as a person in general and develop my marketing and communication skills. I wish you all the best! ♥
I have been an intern at Redline for 5 months and I felt really comfortable from the start. I am currently in my last week, but the time went by so quickly that it doesn´t feel like 5 months at all. I really had an amazing and fun time at Redline and I enjoyed going to work every day.
Redline treats you like you are part of the team and you will be asked where you interested in and what kind of tasks you would like to do. This is a great way to improve your skills regarding marketing, design, writing or social media. I personally got a lot of fun tasks to do and I learned so much from them.
In the beginning I didn´t understand anything about programmes, such as Photoshop or InDesign. My colleagues were very patient and taught me everything and I was able to do a lot of design tasks.
I got the opportunity to do a lot of tasks where I had the freedom to work on my own, using my own initiative. This made my internship really challenging and so much fun. I would definitely recommend doing your internship at Redline, believe me, you will not regret it.
A big thank you to the amazing Redline team for making my internship unforgettable.
I worked at Redline Company for three months. During this time, I was given different kinds of tasks such as website development, creating newsletters in Mailchimp and I was given design projects including flyers, business cards, newsletters and website designs. I learned how to manage tasks and ensure that they are delivered on time and how to work with a team. I have learned a lot of things and improved myself day by day. At Redline everybody helps each other and if you have any question, you can know easily.
It was a really amazing experience working at Redline and I was so glad to work with an international team. Everybody is so friendly, like a family; a positive team who share the work load and help each other out. I´m in no doubt that working at Redline was a wonderful opportunity for me and a fantastic experience.
I chose to spend my internship at Redline Company, as part of my studies and I can confidently say that I made the best choice. I was most looking forward to learning more about web development and design – I can say that I gained even more knowledge than I ever expected! The environment and especially the team are completely perfect for anyone looking for a marketing internship. You will get an understanding of a huge variety of marketing disciplines.
Before I started my internship, I was apprehensive about how much I would learn but at the end, I was so sad to finish! The whole Redline team treat you as a real member of staff, giving you a wide range of tasks so that you can get used to responsibility and learn how to manage your time at a fast paced marketing agency.
I am so happy I spent my experience here. I met a lot of people from around the world and these three months definitely made my summer. Wishing all the best for everyone at Redline! ♥
My three months of internship at Redline have been amazing. This experience taught me both professionally and personally.
At Redline Company I had the opportunity to realise a lot of different tasks and some I had never do before like uploading content on websites, designing on a website background or creating design concepts.
During this period I have worked with each member of the team and they are exceptional in their job. Their abilities to listen, to explain or their accessibility helped me to realise my work but also to have a good time with them.
I have discovered a lot of work methods and software like InDesign or Photoshop and I have enjoyed this range of tasks a lot. I took on translations, blog posts, programmed newsletter, created a story board and filmed a corporate video. It was a bonus that the company is in a very nice city with amazing weather!
This experience was unforgettable, with a lot of good moments with this fantastic multicultural team. I would like to thank Redline for the opportunity to improve my professional skills and I wish all the best for each member of the team because they deserve it.
